Go on Blingee (A website) And then click make blingee it will say upload image , then find an image you want and click upload. It will process and then you can start making it look like what ever you want. Then click save , it will save and then you have to name it and then you pick if it goes on the website or not.After that you have to make an account.Then your image will be ready.Then just right click on it and click save image as.
